CrossFit is for EVERYONE.

Because we base our workouts on foundational functional movements, every workout and movement is scalable to your needs. CrossFit is not your ordinary “gym.”  Unlike most gyms where you come in by yourself and are left to figure out what exercise you should perform, CrossFit workouts are conducted in a classroom setting where our community cheers each other on, and Coaches help you during the entire workout.  CrossFit Evoke provides a safe, supportive, fun, and motivating community.

We stay true to CrossFit programming by teaching skills and progressions and building solid foundations in Nutrition, Metabolic Conditioning (Cardio), Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Sports in general. Our long term membership packages cover these vital components to your training.

Whatever your fitness goals are, the CrossFit Evoke community is here to draw forth your best inner athlete, and help you every step of the way.
